Ramayanathinte Thakkolkoottam

Swami Aswathi Thirunal in his book ‘Ramayanathinte Thaakolkoottam‘ (Malayalam: രാമായണത്തിന്റെ താക്കോല്‍കൂട്ടം) explains the symbolic meaning of the characters and incidents in Ramayana, the great Indian epic. Ramayanathinte Thakkolkoottam, written in Malayalam, literaly means “The Keys of RAMAYANA”. Swamiji argues that Ramayana is not only the journey of Rama, but it is also the auto biography of Valmiki who wrote Ramayana. Through this book, Valmiki teaches the Sadhakas how to walk through the path of yoga and reach eternal truth.  He describes all the pitfalls in the path of spiritual life. Thus Ramayana becomes the most precious book on spirituality.  An English translation of this book follows soon.
